2) Equipped with a single set of combined molds, this equipment allows for seamless specification changes with no roller swaps. Achieve a remarkable roller savings rate exceeding 90%, substantially cutting roller costs. Note: Up roller changes are required for final open stand when producing 100x100mm tubes.
3) With advanced servo motor adjustments, minimize tool usage and equipment wear during roll changes, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan and reliability.
