HG150x150 Our High Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line is expertly designed to manufacture precision-engineered welded square tubes, showcasing unparalleled craftsmanship and advanced technology. This state-of-the-art line supports dimensions of 70x70mm to 150x150mm with a thickness range of 2.0-6.0mm. Harnessing the revolutionary Direct Forming Square technology, it offers a suite of unparalleled advantages:
1) Minimize downtime with rapid roller adjustments, drastically reducing roller change time when switching products, thereby bolstering efficiency and slashing production costs.
2) With an ingenious combined mould system, produce various tube specifications by simple adjustments without roller changes, achieving a roller savings rate of over 90%, significantly cutting roller costs. Note: Up roller change is needed for final open stand during 100x100mm tube production.
3) Equipped with precision servo motor adjustment, it decreases tool input and equipment damage during roll changes, extending the equipment's service life remarkably.
4) Thanks to the innovative composite roll structure, enjoy enhanced durability with point-contact between roll and strip replacing the traditional line contact, thereby reducing roll wear and extending roll lifespan.
