Brief description
SSAW Spiral Pipe Mill Machineis used to produce big diameter pipes. By decoiler to uncoil and level the carbon steel coil, and send the strip to forming machine by 39-78 angle, then bend the pipe by certain angle based on three-roller forming+External Control Sizing principle, at last weld the spiral welding seam by the submerged arc welder. It is also called SSAW pipe mill. The spiral welded pipe machine has features of simple operation, convenient maintenance and high reliability. We supply spiral welded pipe mill with production capacity of diameter range ø219-ø2250mm meet the national standard. and we also have professional technician to design the project according to customer requirement.
